Our Brewery
Taste the Difference with Our Precision and Consistent 40 BBL Brewing System - Crafted for Excellence. Our custom-designed brewing system features the latest technology, handpicked by our Master Brewer, for unparalleled precision and consistency. With a starting production of 27,500 BBL and the potential to increase to over 93,000 BBL in five years, our brewery is poised to become a leader in the industry. Our cutting-edge kegging, canning, and packaging equipment can handle slim and half-barrel kegs, as well as cans in sizes of 12, 16, 19.2, and 24oz, all at a speed of 250 cans per minute, guaranteeing top-notch quality for our consumers.

Our four founders bring a wealth of experience, boasting over 75 years of combined expertise in the brewery, craft beer, big beer, beverage, and business industries. We're not your average neighborhood brewery start-up, but a team of experts dedicated to delivering superior beer to the marketplace. Our Director of Brewery Operations is a registered Global Brew Master that will collaborate closely with your Brew Master to perfect your recipe and ensure that your beer consistently exceeds expectations.

Beers and Beverages
Two flagship beers will focus on a craft light lager and a twist on the light lager with our enhanced ‘better for you’ beer, named Head Right Lager. These two beers will be our target for local and regional distribution. Taproom beers will have a few main stays, such as our Orange Shandy, Session IPA, German-style hefeweizen, Irish dry stout, Mexican-style light lager “Cabeza a la Derecha and Otra Vez” with seasonal beers.
